How do i get mutated leinheart?
I'm not 100% sure if this is what you mean but, if you equip the Nanaue armor (should be 4th type he gets) all of his features change (Hair turns purple and is in a totally different style, tattoos all over his face, and more changes) but I think that's more of his vampire form than a mutated form.

statusyou can not be mutated Leinhart... you are a vampire.

Leinhart can NOT be mutated...if you finish his story quests and defeat the final boss, you will see a short cut scene. and you can tell from his face that he failed to mutate.
