How can I find the temple? (Lost Scarf)

Some lady lost her scarf and I just can't seem to find this temple.

If someone could just tell me which gate of Konoha to leave through, that would be awesome.

I have completed all quests. Nothing else to do but this annoying scarf quest. I think the "X" glitched on me.

Ok, I know for sure which gate you're talking about. Is the scarf located RIGHT THERE beside the gate or do I need to venture further on until I find a temple?

Remember: Be specific because I do not have an "X" marker and it gets really annoying without one.

Ok, I went through the south-most gate, travelled on trees that led me to a fast stream of water heading up to a temple. There was no "X", no nothing, not even a scarf.

Ok a couple of pointers as I did this recently. If you get stuck and your objective isn't being shown on your map/radar, then its probably because you have another quest highlighted, if you hold down X, this will bring up your quests where you can then select the one that you want highlighted on your map.

Alternatively I believe the temple is at the top of the waterfall, which you get to out of the third Konoha gate, (the one most south on your map, where you learned to walk on water)
