WOW it is impossible to find all the gaps on this game. I even have the strategy guide for this and it dont even show all the gaps. I saw one for Capitol on the list in the game, then i looked in my Guide for it and it wasnt even there. Please post a good website that helps with the gaps.

Here, it shows all the gaps in the Capitol. Look for the one that you haven't gotten.
