Asked on: 6/22 11:11AMI can't get past floor 51 as the enemies seem to take ages to kill. Who is the best character to use for this mode?

statusTry using leveled up versions of Tadakatsu Honda, Keiji Maeda, or Mushashi Miyamoto, they're supposed to be the three strongest characters in the game.
You can level up some more, and/or try getting the 4th weapon. Also helps to have the Shrine Battle-Maiden who can give you random stat boosts on occasion.
Level a your best character and an expensive sumo or fire ninja guard up to the max (level 50 for characters and 20 for guards), upgrade their best weapon to the max, and buy every skill in the shop, then try again. If that doesn't work, then you should try an easier game.
