Asked on: 7/18 4:57AMAfter not playing for many months (in fact I sold the game), my file had almost 1 million dollars and every upgrade purchased, etc. I re-bought it, popped it in, and it was fine. Two days later, I turned it on...and all my money and gear and masks and weapons were reset. The game remembers my checkpoint, but everything else is gone-even the bonus weapons I entered a code for are not present in the weapon screen. Is this a common error, or should this be something I report to EA?

statusnope, I had the opposite, I turned the game off overnight and the next day I had full upgrades for the weapons I had not paid for and armor that I had not paid for.
Since you paid real money for the bonus-weapons, I'd recommend you report it to EA and see if they can do anything about it.
