What cheats affect the achievements?

Does anyone know exactly what cheats affect what achievements?

(486)-555-0100 Weapon Cheat 1 blocks Cleaning the Mean Streets
(486)-555-0150 Weapon Cheat 2 blocks Cleaning the Mean Streets
(362)-555-0100 Full Armor,Health,and Ammo Cheat blocks Cleaning the Mean Streets,Walk Free,Finish Him,and One Man Army
(482)-555-0100 Refill Armor,Health,and Ammo Cheat blocks Cleaning the Mean Streets
(267)-555-0100 Lower Wanted Level Cheat blocks Walk Free and One Man Army
(938)-555-0100 Jetmax Boat Cheat blocks Walk Free
(359)-555-0100 Annihilator Helicopter Cheat blocks Walk Free and One Man Army
Every other cheat is okay

Just for reference, you can supposedly still get these blocked achievements simply by reloading your save/turning off your Xbox 360.
