Same thing happened to me once. Just have to give it another whirl. As soon as you get out of the little ditch, stand on top of the dark van to your right. Shoot at the window with your pistol as the truck is turning around, and once it starts headed your way again, quickly switch to the MP5 and use short, controlled bursts. You should be able to break the window before it passes the first time and this should stop it. Hard boss, I know.

Yea, I agree with Ruck, but I didn't even leave the ditch. I used my pistol and I think on its 2nd or 3rd time, the truck "Dies"

What you should do is before you talk to your daughter do and look for the sub machine guns some of the thugs was using on you.Then go to her then after the scene you can shoot that guy on the back.Then to your right is a van get on that then when the truck is coming your way shoot the hell out of that front window.(i thought it was bulletproof but its not)then get ready for it to come back switch to your handgun since its steady then shoot the driver.Hopefully this works for you i was stuck here to.

As I was shooting the glass, it went from clear to grey to dark grey before shattering. I think if you can get it to the next "damage level", it will miss Jenny on the next pass. Least, it's the only time it ever missed her for me.

So yeah, scrounge for bullets, take out the window (or at least do a decent amount of damage), and as soon as it shatters, hit the driver (breaking the window was not enough).

Oh, and I tried shooting the three guys standing next to the driver, then the driver, from the side. It didn't seem to work.
