Conscientious Objector Achievement?

I was wondering, how do you get this? You are supposed to beat the Home Castle through Barbarian Boss areas without attacking any foes, however, I have no idea how you do it.

Any tips?

You have to use magic apparently. You can also play multiplayer and just not attack anything and let your teamates kill the enemies for you.

Personally I played the game in 2 player coop (alone actually). My gamertag had the barbarian, and I didn't attack with it, and only walked forward when I needed it. I attacked only with the 2nd player, and when I got to the Barbarian Boss I got 2 achievements. The Conscientious Objector, and the Traitor one because I was using the Barbarian.
