When it says you can't touch the ground does it mean you can only jump from enemy to enemy or can you jump onto cars and buildings provided you avoid landing on the ground?

statusYou get into a palce were kgb agents keep comeing and press a twice over them and chomp fifty of there heads without touching the ground ride on there backs if you have to.
