Where can I find Samuel in the dead or alive request
please help me out ,I'm stuck

I'm playing Bladestorm
I'm on the Flames of Kerma contract
My fame level is *** 3 Stars
Go to the pause screen and go to the objectives tab. (One all the way on the left.) Press RB to open the secondary objective, and there will be a line showing you where your target is. This works for all of the request missions, and you can do this on the deploy screen too in order to start near the objective. Once you can follow the map, finding any objective is easy.
