Help me! I am at the broken staircase and don't know what to do!
The exact same way you got there as Alucard. Go past the throne room where Dracula was at the beginning of the game to the place where you warped to the inverted castle as Alucard and hit up. Hit up while walking back and forth just to make sure you get in the right spot
