Nope. You're stuck with a maximum of two gold players when you create a team. Kind of sucks when CPU teams can have several.

You can create more than 2 Gold Players (what people refer to as CAPs (Create A Player)), but you cannot have more than 2 Gold players on a single team at a time. APF2K8 is about strategy, and building a team with weaknesses and strengths. Fans have requested more Golds / Silvers, so hopefully if they ever release another version of the game, more options will be available.
