I need to know how to Powerbomb someone onto the Steel Steps everytime I try it does the head bang
You have to remove the steps first. Walk up to them then press A. Drop them somewhere else and go get your opponent.(I used Umaga) get him in the powerbomb position and walk towards the step.Once there press down on the right stick. There you go. You should have it now.
