I have an xbox from Hong Kong and am unable to play my American rock band. I figured the best solution would be to buy a region three version of the game, but I'm not sure one even exists.

statusNope, just NTSC and PALfor U.S., Europe and Japan.

Currently there are no region free versions of Rock Band. Japan is receiving its own version of Rock Band made by Q Entertainment, but it will be an entirely different game.

No, however, plans are in the works for one (though with a different set list and DLC).
