Do I need to have certain songs unlocked to be able to download them to my Hard Drive or if I pay the 5 bucks will they all be downloaded?
What does (disables saving) mean in the Cheats section talking about unlocking all the songs?

statusYou do not need to unlock any songs in the first game to export all of them to the second game.
disables saving means you can't save with that cheat turned on, I'd think that'd be obvious... when you turn the cheat off you can save.
