Do cheats turn off achievements, yes or no?
Yes, certain ones do. No Fail is the only cheat that comes to mind right now. Cheats like Brett Michaels and Hyperspeed don't though.

statusSome cheats do. No Fail and Easy Expert are the only two that I've tried that disable achievements, saving, and leaderboards. The Unlock Everything cheat doesn't disable saving and there's also a glitch to use it to unlock every achievement using it. I'm not posting the link mostly because I don't want to find it, but you should know where to find an example. I don't know about the unlock songs for quickplay code.
