I've found a Mermaid's Barrel in the Nagapur Aqueducts (DVD02) in a chest.
First Part when you enter, SE

I've found Gold Ore by mining in Yvalock's Nest (DVD02)
Southern Part (3rd Circular Room from South)

Also the Dragon Liver is dropped from Gomei the dragon in the desert that spawns between poles 1 and 2. I havent got him to pop yet and its driving me crazy I absolutly hate this NM. Others have killed him and got the liver. I have killed almost all other dragons in the game and they dont drop it so outside of Dragon Weekly or The Daily Dragon I dont think any dread dragons will drop the liver only Gomei.

Gold Ore can be found from the first Digging Point in Fornstrand at the beginning of Disc 2

Dragon Liver: Split from Gomei, rare dragon, Sandsea. Look for Beetle and Deathclaws in Searing Cove, enter Searing Cauldron and he will be between markers 1 and 2. Save before you fight him in case you don't get the Liver when you capture him, and reload your game. If you're still having trouble, fight monsters before Gomei and get a chain of 100+.

Southwestern Road: Dragons split component, link two of them up by the trees on the left where the tree dig point is, linking should improve your ability to capture one. They will still spawn with the DLC boss in the area, but are tougher to spawn so get your liver before the bases if you use this method.

Mermaid's Barrel: treasure Aquaducts, Central Sluiceway, move the walkway section to reach it. If you've acquired this already and sold or used it, you can buy a second one at Athlum Town Square for 243,000 G.

Pprincess when you say the tree digging point pon the left for the dragons where exactly do you mean on the SWR map? The first tree you come to that is on the ledge or farther down the map? I would like to know because I am looking for dragons to spawn dragons in the SWR to get the dragon liver.

For the Dragons Liver, I've found one place that worked for me early. I don't know how far along you are, but if you're still on disc1 or even before you got the 18 member upgrade I think it should still work. After you upgrade to 18 members on disc2 they'll be replaced with the Cyclops DLC spawn and even if you kill it they may be replaced with Dread Dragons that won't split the Liver.

Go to Aveclyff and there'll be two regular Dragons on the 1st floor central area (where you fought Mantroskylo for Wisdom's Echo(Glenys) quest). Sometimes you'll have a rare like the red buzzard (I forget the name) instead and if so you can kill it or exit to world map and try again. Anyway you can see them there from the top tier. Go down the same way you did for the earlier quest and farm them for the Dragon Liver. There's a door just at the top of the stairs from the central area you can use to zone out and do the save, reload and repeat trick. I got lucky with a capture on the first Dragon, but you may need to work it for awhile. The good thing is that the Dragons are almost always there and you won't need to keep playing the exit to world map BS like Crookfen and SWR requires.
