Question from velius1111

How do I beat (Hannah/Hinnah)?

Ok this battle is ridiculous first off. I've tried a couple different strategies. I've split my unions 2 and 2 and took them on at the same time and I've tried to slam one of them with all 4. Either way when I get one in the red the other restores her to full health. When I finally kill one of them the other goes into overdrive and can attack 5 times in a row, which is managable, but can also enthrall my unions. To make matters worse, for some reason I'm not given the option to revive my fallen unions in critical situations, even when my surviving unions have the ability to do so and I have the necessary items.
Also, for example, say one union is very low on HP and is not given the option to heal. Therefore, I have to break another union out of deadlock to go help them, but the game almost always brings up the injured union's turn first and wipes them out before they can be healed. It just seems like the odds are stacked heavily in the enemy's favor most of the time and the game's flawed battle system doesn't help. That was longer than anticipated...any suggestions?

Answer

Uhm,the best and easy way to beat them is to get 5 units with your best leaders and soldiers.

unit 1 should have 1 leader ( Rush) and 2 soldiers, one of the soldiers should know the vivification and restoration.

unit 2 should have 1 leader ( jager if you have him or just another one of your best leader) + 2 soldiers,1 soldier have to know the vivification and restoration.

unit 3 should have the same as unit 1 and 2 different leader and soldiers ofcourse lol.

unit 4 the same.

unit 5 should have 2 leaders ( i have emmy and baulson ) + 3 soldiers.

ok now you have to check which formation is the best for your units ( my is wedge or arrow of athlum or something lol)

second... get your BR up!! very importand cuz training makes you MUCH and MUCH.... MUCH strongerrrrr,Fasterrr,sharperrr,betterrr.. you know.

if you want a easy battle then you should setup your unions and go to fornstrand or where ever you can find normal or strong monsters.

get your BR to 80 but 90 or 100 is better ofcourse :P
if you have dragonfly ( i have 2 ) try to level the strength of your weapon by +1 or 2.. but 3 is better ofcourse.

well if you do what i wrote here, then you can beat (base 4)hannah and her sister, base 5 and base 6.

sorry for my bad english :P

Answer

set aside a union for healing, use 2 unions to attack their minions, and focus on killing hannah first, hinnah may be slightly more powerful, but she has much less hp. Twin pedal is a tough move but it's bearable, just choose to keep your hp up when that command is available.

Answer

Kill Hannah First (but make sure atleast one of your Unions is frequently attacking Hinnah). Hannah will heal Hinnah if she is about to die (and it will heal 100,000+ HP. But when Hannah dies, Hinnah goes crazy which is why it is a good idea to get some of her HP down before Hannah is killed.

Answer

ok, for the record, this is the easiest of the bases so far besides base number 1.

Just have 3 unions of 5, spreading out the special attacks (jager with beowulf, rush with the talisman and cyclops, irina with her talisman, emmy with hundred flowers and numal niram, david with ex machina and gae bolg). If you're lucky you'll get a blackout before anything else happens-if not, then take out the side groups and hopefully your summon will deadlock one of the sisters. If you put your strongest two units on hannah and your weaker unit with a summon (hopefully) on hinnah, they should fall pretty quick.

There is no right answer, but this has worked for me through two playthroughs

Answer

first off you cant use Jager until AFTER the 6 bases joev3888.
if your lucky enough to bring out cyclops or namul then do so because either one
draws attacks from you.
i've read elsewhere that you should take out Hannah (dark hair) first because she
heals Hinnah (white hair) but when you do that Hinnah goes berzerk and uses her enthrall move which game over basically.
pick off all the subordinate unions first and if either of the sisters engages you then just break the deadlock on the next turn to deal with the easy unions.
if your lucky enough to get either of the 2 summons into play then Hannah will be locked and unable to heal Hinnah so take her out with all your other unions.
when Hinnah dies Hannah goes into overdrive allowing her 5 simultaneous attacks
which can kill a union off quite easily but thankfully only lasts 1 round.
keep piling on the attacks and dont bother with status attacks because they always
resist, whenever a special attack comes up use it and whenever a union dies always
bring them back the next turn ALWAYS.
i found that the Milton fight at base 6 to be the easiest although the fight with Cyclops
and the Gae Bolg after it was really annoying.

Don't understand why every one is so afraid of enthrall you do know that rush has an ability to use called "heal them even if it kills them" in which he takes out the enthralled unit and then brings them right back

I managed to get jager at the start of disk one. Just go to the area with the guild and pub in athulum and locate the "secret" guild yourself. He is avalibe there.

I had 4 unions as other people have stated split the people with powers the best you can and spilt the leaders in general. I was also lucky enough to start off with blackout II.

I put 3 people to attack the light haired lady, and one group on the dark haired lady.
Use the abilitys as they show up (but i didn't use baewolf or irena's omni strike as they seem alot weaker than doing a group attack)
On top of this ,if you have opened them, you should keep an eye out for any weapon ability attacks as your unions box dosn't light up with fire instead the attack is just blue when you press x to see what moves you will do.

Answer

it's more simple than what others mistake it too be .

BR about 70 - 75 is conveniant
4 unions recommended each with about 2500 HP or more
atleast three individuals in each union with revive and heal technique's
hinnah heals frequent and hannah has overdrive for rape purposes
take down hannah before hinnah atleast two union's on hannah meanwhile
one other deadlockin hinnah too avoid interuption and one union held back
in case somethin qoes unaccordin too plan .

a qood technique in which i used was too switch one of thee unions multi locked
with hannah with the union on hault too abuse the maxed AP on the one put too hault
and have the union in multi lock put too hault too reqain AP than switch aqain when
AP is reqained too max with whomeva the union is with lower AP.

* and when her healthe blinks red the third union on hault could be used too rear assault this process is easier than it sounds ..

btw the union i had deadlockin hinnah had the followin leader's in them
EMMY IRINA on hinnah * support heal and if fortunate namul niram
those i had multi lockin hannah were ____________________

( 1 ) torqal and caedmon * dual wield abuse with three healer's
( 2 ) RUSH * combat art abuse two healer's + one other combat based
( 3 ) david on hault * attack recover rear assaults three healer's with combat base attack's

indeed thier touqher than other bases but thier not as hard as other's make them too be
take time strateqizen each assault on her each turn, dont take risk play it smart .

that's about it hope this helps.

PS collect the remnants around the world map some are useful for the base battle's
( 1 ) rubber soul
( 2 ) and liafort !

Well... i had the same problem:( but i went out and lvld for a bit and came back with a LOT of herbs and items...99 of all most anything.

my winning formations were as follows:
5, Leader is Rush. any units there after.
5, Leader is David, 4 units there after and Torgal.
5, Leader is Emmy, any units there after
3, Leader is Blocter, 1 unit and (i forget his name) but it's the sovanii in green (glass?) armour.

And any "battle formation" will do. but i made sure the formations i used made my attack and defense stats realy high.

As for "stratagy", i had none. knew i could have beaten them the first time cept i kept gettin flanked and what not. so i made my Unions attack the weaker enemy Unions first, i kne one or two of my Unions would end up with either of the grrls, but as long as you can keep one union from the bosses your nearly garunteed to survive.

P.S.
I found that killing the grrl with the blue sword first is easier. mob her as soon as all the enemy support Unions are dead. then totaly mob the one with the red sword and you should be home free^_^

also, im an ausie so i was playin the EU/PAL version, so this might not apply to your game unless you live in the same country. games differ dramaticly dpending on where you live. and what console it's on.

They were fairly easy for me. I got cyclops right off the bat, though. He tanked the white haired one head on while the black haired one supported her and flanked him. Wiped out their support squads quick, and concentrated on the black haired one. Assuming you have healers in all your unions, you can keep your health up easy while still laying some hurt on the boss. If you think Cyclops is going to die before the black haired boss, send some support over to keep him up.

Once the black haired one's dead, no more twin snow petal for the rest of the fight. On the downside, the white haired one starts casting an enthrall spell every so often. She only casted it twice against me, the first time against the Cyclops (who I don't think can get enthralled, score.) and the second time against a union. Rush had an option to kill them and bring them back in the same run, so it's really no biggie. Overdrive isn't too bad for just one turn (Eeheehee! Out of her 5 attacks against my Irena's union, she only actually hit someone once).

That's how I did it anyway, can't explain the not being able to rez or heal thing, I'm having the same rez problem against Young right now.

Answer

Deadlocked unions will always go first. after that it goes in the order you have them in the union board.

If your morale is very low you wont be able to heal sometimes. I cant really explain that one to much.

the best way to go about this battle is by killing all the other unions first. then have one union on Hannah and the other unions on Hinnah. if you have 5 unions then you will be able to flank her, also it would help if that flanking union knows a good amount of healing (i had irina) that way you can break off the fight without worry about getting a raidlock.

Hannah will use Second Chance on hinnah three times and then it stops

after you kill the healer (Hannah) concentrate all your unions on hinnah and you should be able to kill her in a few turns

if that doesnt work you need to get your battle rank up

Answer

Ya'll going nuts about the 2 little girls, it's really not that hard lol.
I finished all the bases at BR 52- all you need to is GRIND.

Okay, anyway, the guy that asked the question- depending on your BR, between 40+60 use Rockgraters on the second floor of the Ancient Ruins, or if they're too difficult, use the ones on the bottom floor [Your BR goes up FAST though] between 60/65-80 use the Ancbolders on the 3rd floor of the Ancient Ruins [Although defeating Holy Servant to gain access to the 3rd floor is no easy task].
+ aside from what many people think, having a high BR is useless unless you have the stats to go with it.

Just make sure you've grinded, at least a little, if you're having a tough time with these two, you're in for a rough time later on.

In my recent battle with them [BR 52] my HEALING squad kept Hannah busy [4 units] while my other 3 unions beat the hell out of Hinnah.
IMPORTANT, when Hinnah goes into flashing red, have your 2 STRONGEST unions break off deadlock with her and go straight for Hannah [Hannah will use Second Chance, no matter what- whereas Hinnah uses it ALOT less often] if you're lucky, one of your unions will Intercept Hannah before she can get to use Second Chance + HOPEFULLY if they have high AP, you'll take Hannah down in that turn.

Just grind until you feel you stand a chance, don't panic, take your time, you'll be done in no time :]

Answer

ok...i did this fight with 4 unions and a summon (cyclops). I summoned Cyclops to kill off the unit that can cast blackout 3 when they are alone with the bosses. Cyclops dealt with them while we HAMMERED on Hannah and Hinnah. use 2 units, 1 for hannah and 1 for hinnah to prevent them from helping eachother with support and healing like second chance. with your other units, keep attacking the smaller units to keep them from massive striking and rear assaulting your attacking units. sooner or later when they all die, cyclops or namul niram will go after hannah or hinnah. all you really have to watch out for is the Twin Snowpetal 2 and when one is dead, the overdrive and the seductive dance(i forgot the name and it was just last night lol) that will enthrall ANY of your unions that gets hit...watch for your summon when this happens cuz they have 9999 hp and INCREDIBLE defense. All in all...this fight is relatively easy and you will easily win and get the white haired ones weapon. Best advice...give it to Emmy...dont keep it, she makes in very strong
