Condemned 2: Bloodshot

Is this game as gory as they say it is?
It's got it's moments. The combat is very up close and personal and it seems like every gunshot to an enemy causes chunks of bloody flesh to fly. The crime scenes are also very bloody and, if you have a weak stomach, disturbing. The graphics are very realistic.
