in case # 4 in your eyes im having trouble putting the tail light puzzle I think its holding up the game can anyone help?

Wait until you get the rest of the tail light, then puzzle them together. should work!

I have managed to do this part but i cannot find the audio tape. where is this and how do i get to it i cannot progress until i have found this??? please help me
