I cant get off the roof tops and away from the guys with the submachine gun aka the black dressed blues
When they appear, turn to your left (If you are still facing them.) and run up to the fence and climb over it. Then run over to the other side of the building, and when the helicopter gets close, jump at it and you will automatically grab hold if the bars on its bottom.

Yeah, when you are running, just jump at the copter, remember, Runner Vision is not cheating.
