Asked on: 10/1 10:03PMOk, I definately got the police rifle in the cultists lair, but I think that is the "upgraded" rifle. I did not get the achievement, if there is a rifle that you can get prior to this one for the achiever, where is it?
You have to find the turquoise and garnet birthstones to place in the Janus statue in the cemetery in Silent Hill (before entering the prison). To get to the statue you have to break down a wall and the garnet will be on a bench behind that wall. The turquoise is in the sink of the water supply office (the room where you jump across to get the key). Garnet goes in the I side and turquoise goes in the XII side. Then you'll get a key to the Moon Garden and the rifle is in that area by a big grave. You have to go all the way back to the cemetery and unlock this before entering the jail!

statusIt is the upgraded one so i think thats why it didnt unlock the achievment
When you go to Silent Hill for the last time, you have to go to the prison. When you start off in Silent Hill, there's a cemetery, you need 3 jewels. Once you put them in the statue in the cemetery. The rifle will be there.
