You must break 20 LEGO objects over the heads of enemies. The best way to do this in my opinion would be to go on the stage "Into the Mountains" in The Lost Ark chapter.
Just stay on the first part of the boss fight where he runs away when you walk up to him, there should be 4 enemies coming at a time and you can just take a chair to them as they come.
I got this achievement very quickly this way.

statusSure its 20 objects? Ive been at it for at least 45 min and no dice.
i think now its more like 200 objects. Ive been playing "pankot secret" and killing snake for the snake achievement with a bottle wielding character. since there is around 18 snakes per playthrought (up until the gate) and not counting the duds on spiders wich makes 20.
So, adding 4 waves of snakes destroyed by bottles (around 80) and 45 minutes of "in the mountain" im pretty sure were around 150-200.
The breaks the heart achievement is actually for breaking glass bottles over ppls heads... easiest to do in marions bar where there are infinite enemys and bottles. Yes, i believe its 20 bottles.
It's not only glass bottles, i managed it using only the chairs in Marions Bar, it only works if you're acutally smashing it over the guy's head and not throwing it at them.
