What I did was stand on the platform that was just about directly underneath the repair kit. I did a short jump onto the metal half wall in front of you, which prevents you from falling off the platform. Keep the crosshairs on the repair kit and jump towards it constantly hitting X to pick it up. You get close enough to pick it up, I got it within a jump or two. Good luck!

statusOk, I found a way to actually get up there, so you don't have to try while jumping. If you're standing on that raised platform looking at the kit, jump onto the metal half wall to your left, THEN onto the Skull on a pike thing thats right there, from there you can jump up onto the platform.
If you hold the run, click the LS, and press jump immediately after, you can do a really quick long jump that will get you there. The problem is that the jump won't register if you're running down the tarp, so quick jump at the bottom to get to the next tarp.
