The game keeps freezing on chapter 10! What do I do?

A cutscene towards the end of the level always freezes. I've tried it over and over but no matter what I do it keeps freezing! I even tried cleaning my NG2 disc, but that did nothing because it was already beautiful and scratch free. I also tried using my mom's Xbox 360, but I still had this problem. Whatever shall I do? :(

For some reason, the most recent update (from 7/25) causes the game to freeze during some cutscenes. You can clear your cache to get rid of the update, and then play offline without downloading the update again.

Go to the system blade and select "memory." Highlight the hard drive and press Y. Then press X X LB RB X X.

Try getting rid of the update like 249 said. if that doesnt help it, redownload the new patch. As far as i know they have that problem fixed.
Also what 360 is it?
if its the pro, (the white xbox), they seem to be having trouble running it. Unless its around 6 months old.
The elites havent had any trouble so far.
