I've only released one. You have to color the graffiti perfectly. That means you must get the right color, hit the ball just right, and have it land on the right spot to color it in. Any misses or having the ball land on the wrong spot will result in you having to wait for the next tag to try for a soul. Oh yeah, and the soul is a grabbable item so as soon as it appears make sure you get it or you might lose it.

Have to do it PERFECTLY no misses, no wrong colors, no nothing. try using your favorite control character. sometimes a face with a hockey mask will appear after you get a soul i'm not sure what that is but i'm sure it has something to do with a soul. i've gotten two souls doing this.
