Tomb Raider: Legend

"Along with Halo and Fable, best game I have ever played"

Alright, this here is my first review and as such probably won't be the grandeur of it all, but let's see anyway.

Graphics: 10/10

I have this game for Xbox 360, and the amount of detail in it all is absolutely amazing. When you are on the ground and move into a tomb, you can actually feel the difference. The characters look great too, the environment though, is the best I have ever seen in a video game

Gameplay: 10/10

I will encompass everything about the game here. You may have heard the game is a tad short, and you would be right. I chose Adventurer (Medium) my first time around and beat the game in 10 hours, I also unlocked the three pistol upgrades and all that good stuff. I am 95% done on that file and still have yet to try the time trial modes which will consume more time as well. The second I went through the game was on Tomb Raider (Hard) difficulty and I beat the game in 3 hours 20 minutes. While this may seem short, the second time through all I did was the mission, no looking for rewards, I knew what I was doing, and to top it off I am actually very good at this game. :P
Secondly, the storyline is great, the areas visited are amazing and this game has probably the best gameplay, to me, that I have ever seen.

Sound: 10/10

Lara's voice sounds so convincing and it is actually....captivating is the word I believe. Zip is awesome, Alister is the little worrier, Rutland is the smart-ass rich boy who works hard for what he wants. Amanda, well I don't want to spoil anything. :D All in all, the sound, to me, is incredible

Overall: 10/10

This review may have been slightly biased, but this game seriously is tied for my all-time favorite game and has me so into Tomb Raider now that I am going to go buy both Tomb Raider movies just to have more Tomb Raider.

I recommend this game as much or more than I would Halo.
