Graphics 8/10
The graphics are beautiful in this game. The characters look fantastic, as do your special combo attacks. The environment however looks like not much was put into it. It really ruins the atmosphere to see a wonderful looking character running around on obvious drab polygons.

Sound 6/10
Nothing special here. Cheesy repetitive music through each of the levels, like in any hack n slash. The sound often has trouble keeping up when there are too many enemies on screen or when you use your more elaborate attacks. You will hear sound effects a few seconds later than you should.

Game play 2/10
This is what breaks the game. This game gets boring within the first few minutes of playing, and never picks up again. I am a fan of hack n slash games and enjoy repetition, but repetition is only a good thing if it is fun. The main selling point for this game is the fact that so many enemies can be on screen at once, but that really just seems to be a gimmick masking a poorly designed game. Your character levels up through the game and finds new weapons, but you use the same exact attacks and fighting tactics through the entire game. Your special attacks look amazing, but don't really help you that much since it is so easy to defeat your enemies anyways. AI is practically non existent in the game, for your enemies and your troops. The only challenge is the boss battles, where the real difficulty is over coming the technical flaws.

Story 3/10
Very generic. You can play through the game with each character but each one is so unlikeable and uncreative that you will find yourself really not even caring.

Replay value 1/10
This game gets old from the beginning, and yet they expect you to keep playing it for hours on end. You can play through the game with each character, but the game really is the same thing no matter what, there is not much difference in each storyline.

I was looking forward to this game and am very disappointed. I would recommend anyone interested save their money and make this one a rental.
