Aegis Wing brings back classic side scrolling spaceship games, with solid graphics, music, gameplay. You battle through multiple space levels alone or with friends, and attempt to save the world (after dying many many times).

Graphics:8/10
Good for an arcade game, but a lot of the images are repeated over and over again. The attacks are dull, but the ships look great. they should bring in more ships and different asteroids. The backgrounds are supreme.

Gameplay:6/10
If I think this is a great game, then why 6/10? Since with single player, you wont make it far. you need to be on a team, or you will die quickly. Lots of firepower is launched against you, forcing you to use the many power ups at one time, but with a single player, you only have 4 lives, small amount of life, and can only carry one power up. this game takes great cooperation with all the teammates, such as 3 people combine with offensive upgrades, with one person leading using energy shields to stop attacks away from the rest of the group. fun with multiple players, but with only a single player, you will get mowed over and lose interest quickly.

Creativity/innovative:10/10
Great multiplayer functions and ideas, with the combining of ships. the right combination of power ups can burn you through a level.

Addiction: 5/10
Single player: 0/10 - how addicted can you get to a game which you die every few minutes?
MP:10/10- yelling over the com "group up" "FIRE! FIRE!" "break apart" just got better. Once you start playing on live, you will be sitting next to your tv for hours.

Game length: 7/10
Not too long. Not too short. Problem is when you join another game, you start at the level they are at. It will be tough to 100% the game unless you host a game from the beginning.

Overall:8/10
Good graphics and sound, highly addicting on multiplayer, and nonstop action versus terrible single player and repetitive images. Not much of a fight. Go download this game now!
