Two Worlds
Review by JediLegolas
"Travel, Kill, Teleport, Cast spells, all in one neat $60 package!"
Plot=9 The typical save your sibling plot. I have nothing against this however, it is still VERY entertaining, but still typical. You're traveling the globe to save your little sister and beat baddies. May not seem like much, but it gets better.
Graphics=9 The graphics are not crazybad(a.k.a. uber) like oblivion, but I will stay adamant on the fact that they ARE INDEED xbox360 graphics. They show everything well-detailed, and for that I am happy. They didn't put this game together in one night, you can tell thatby the graphics.
Gameplay=10 Great single player. Mucho funno, all the armor you can have, weapons you can wield, guilds you can join.....its got everything you want in an RPG and then some. Now many people, and I agree, think this game starts out very slow, and quite boring. The game progressively gets better. It started to get me hooked just after I levelled up a couple levels. It's very enjoyable if you just give it a chance.
Xbox Live=8 I have not played all too much of Xbox Live, but what I did play was quite laggy. And I have a very good, DSL connection. I'm not going to shoot this down entirely, because if I played some more, I'd probably like it. You can be all sorts of classes (including females and no, you cannot do what you think you can, you dirty mind, you! lol) and human or elf. Basic, but it delivers solid gameplay.
Combat=9 The combat is fun, and very slight learning curve. You cannot fight in first-person, though that doesn't bother me. When injured, you can run and heal, when being shot at, you can run in circles.....it's all very good. Oh, and if you die, you don't lose anything, which makes things less challenging, but still quite fun.
Map=10 Biggest freakin' map I've ever seen. SO MUCH TO DO AND SEE!!!!!!!! It truly is great! There's many things to find, quests to do, there's just SO MUCH!!!!
Overall=8 I give this an eight only because there are many minor glitches and framerate problems, that is all. As soon as they put out the patch I would like this to be a 9. This game is a truly love/hate game. You either love it, or you hate it. But anyway, this game has got it all, from baddies, to armor, to cities, weapons, everything. And whoever tells you it's not as good as Oblivion, Oblivion and Two Worlds are not in the same class. Two Worlds is totally different from Oblivion and should therefore not be compared with it.
This game is truly amazing. Give it a shot, I guarantee you'll love it. ^ ^
