"Cheesy,Corney And Medicore"

When I was just a young fella TMNT were my life, I had toys, comics and I had the old Video cassetes of the cartoon. When the movies hit the silver screen it was like all my christmases had come at once, Anyway to the point of this review.....

The new TNMT movie was alright but it wasnt as good as the old movies or old cartoons [not the new ones they suck] anyway I decided I'd buy the game on xbox360 since I enjoy games like this but what I got was a punch in my sperm holder.

Graphics 6.5/10
There really not too good, nor are they that bad. The worst offenders are the generic enemies you will encounter, they seem to have very little animation to them. The turtles them selfs are not great but at least there better than most of the crap on screen

Sound:4.0/10
Ok so I know the turtles are corney and cheesy but its gone too far. With quotes like "Heres johnny" repeated over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again you kind of want to punsish the voice actors. Also when the turtles die depending on who you are they will also say somthing cheesy. example don-"there must be a system error" cheesy

Control 6.6/10
Not much to say about the control except the fact its medicore, I've played games with much worse.

General Game Play 5/10
So this game is made for kids but still I went too far and its just simple. The biggest problem is not the game but the games camera, there is no other settings for it other than the one you see. This is fustrating because it can get in the way of action. Other times you will have a hard time judging how far you need to jump. It also makes boss fights fustrating to the point you will want to visit a zoo and punch a turtle.

The second main problem is you would expect more action that what you get, I remember playing the TMNT Arcade Game as a young fella and loved the action. In this there is very little action. Most of the time you will be jumping around from platform to platrom and roof top to roof top.

Rent or Buy??
While its not bad it could have been much better RENT
