Enchanted Arms

"Enchanting Storyline, Enchanting Characters."
I've read several reviews that talks about this games mediocrity or how disappointing it is. Yet those reviews do not capture the full scope of this astounding game.
Graphics: 10/10
This games graphics are positively amazing. The landscaping looks realistic and when you are on a high ledge or tower, you can see the full scope of the the graphics. From lush to barren, desert to swamp, small towns to cities, the detail is all there. And in all of the mini-movies there has never once been a place where it slowed down or caused glitches. This shows how dedicated the graphic designers were when making this game.
Sound: 8/10
Loved the music. In some places it become repetitive but it was completely catchy. Sound effects were awesome. It sounded different when walking through grass compared to walking on a brick street. And it was always almost in tandem with the motions on the screen.
Story: 10/10
And excellent story line. The main character is fighting from almost the very beginning for his personal belief. I won't reveal what he is fighting or what he is fighting for so I won't spoil it, but throughout the story he is always told he is making a mistake, that this is not how it should be, he should do things differently. In the end, there are two endings. The player can choose to go along with what everyone says is right, or Atsuma's personal beliefs.
Characterization: 11/10
Simply amazing, pure and simple. Each character has their own personality. Some of it is as clear as daylight while other bits and pieces of it takes getting to know the character to truly see that side of them. Kind of like real life. I always made fun of Raigar, Atsuma is too easy to make fun of because he's such a moron. Yuki, although has a slightly annoying voice that grows on you, as a love of money that can be quite hilarious at times. And Karin is not someone you would expect to have home talents, just don't get me anywhere near her cooking. Only true characterization can make characters easy to love and hate.
Even supporting characters to your Nemesis's can be engaging. A Ninja by the name of Oboro is the kind of guy you love to hate. The Ascetic Monk is the kind of guy that you would never expect (absolutely love him ^_^) A player who goes through this game cannot help but love the individual culture each city has along with each and every character.
Overall: 9/10
This is an astounding game which kept me enchanted to both endings. Sincerely hope you all enjoy playing this game.
