"Great price, GREAT game"

Well, it's another version of Worms, that classic game where cute pink worms blow each other up with bazookas. For the price, the content is quite overwhelming, you get 20 single player missions with increasing difficulties and a multiplayer games that never get old.

Graphics 9/10
A slight upgrade over the 2D PC counterparts of the series such as Worms World Party. With detailed backgrounds and many types of stages that are HD compatible as well as nice looking off the HD.In short the graphics are not exactly eye-candy but not terrible. Overall good, nothing special .

Sound: 4/10
Throughout the entire game, you hear only one song, the song has no words and is barely noticible until it runs out in the middle of a battle. Every 8 or so minutes in the midst of battle, the song dies out and re-loads after an entire minute, you're basically stuck there in silence for an entire minute. The worms have squeeky voices and get incredibly annying after half an hour of gameplay.

Gameplay: 10/10
The battles, which are the main part of the game are constantly amusing and never lag. The singleplayer missions start being incredibly easy and go up at a perfect level so that total beginers will not be overwhelmed too soon. Experts, on the other hand may find themselves being bored for the first half of the missions then slightly amused and then involved for the last quarter of the game. Once that's done, you have the option of creating games against bots of all difficulties with up to 3 teams of CPUs against you. Multiplayer is much the same thing with your buddy helping you take down the computer controlled teams, same with online. The weapons in the game are creative but many of them are missing from PC games (once again the comparison to WWP), all the Worms classics are there such as the Banana Bomb, and the ever so popular Bazooka, however, other classics such as the Petrol Bombs and Napalm Strikes are not.

Overall: 8/10
If you have the change to purchase the game on the XBLA go for it, you will not regret it for a second. If you have the chance with the PC version, go for it as well. The main selling points for this game is that it's a great party game and will entertain guests for hours. However it is recomended that you have your own iPod or other music player to dub over the short and quite lacking in-game soundtrack.

+ A great party game
+ Great for Beginers
+ Can spend any desired amount of time and not get addicted
- Lack of weapons
- Bad in-game sound
