Avatar: The Last Airbender -- The Burning Earth

Ok first of all I need to mention that I am a huge Avatar fan. I watch it with my sisters and even my mom likes the show. Being this big of a fan of the show of course I'm going to be one of those people who will go out and buy the game. I did...AND IT WAS PRETTY DARN GOOD! I mean it wasn't a Halo game or anything, but it was Satisfying.

Probably the best feature of this game is all the different Characters you get you get to play as. (Aang, Katara, Sakka, Iroh, Zuko, Toft, Momo, Appa, and Jet.)Please Excuse misspelled names. Each Character has His/Her own special ability. Katara can water bend, Sakka throws his boomerang etc... When you play as Aang though you are capable of Air, Water , and Earth bending. [No Fire bending 2nd Season sorry : ) ] Your main attacks though are air bending ( big Surprise).

The only serious bad thing about this game is that it gets repetitive after a while after a while after a while after a while. You end up fighting the same enemies over and over again. Otherwise this game didn't really have any major flaws to it.

Being a cartoon video game it didn't really follow the actual storyline of the TV show, but I suppose it had to cut out more of the talk scenes and add more action scenes. And that's OK because the point of a Video game is to play not watch. Not that Video games shouldn't have a good story storyline or anything.

The game play of this game is pretty easy. The controls aren't very difficult to remember for littler kids. The game gets a little more difficult as you progress through through it, so there is a bit of a challenge the farther you get.

If your going to buy this game, you should probably try to look for it used first. But if you can't find it used, and you're a die Hard fan, than you should just buy it for full price.

If you have played the first Avatar game you should know that this game is Much, Much better than that one. This game basically is better than the first game in any way you can think of.

So my overall opinion of this game is Fun for fans, good game play, great characters,and Kind of repetitive. I recommend if you are a fan of Avatar you really should buy this game.
