"Not as childish as you think"

Kung Fu Panda for the Xbox360 was released in June of 2008. Now the storyline in the game may seem a little childish but this is still a great game overall.

The gameplay is the best part of the game. You play as a bunch of different people instead of just Kung Fu Panda but if you can fight with one character, you can fight as them all. That makes things really convenient when you all of a sudden play as someone else in the story. The game is pretty easy because it's easy to learn all the techniques and like I said there's no difference when fighting as different characters, however some characters do have an advantage over others. The controls are also easy when using the different techniques. Some people might not like the fact that even though you die, you always start out where you died like you have an infinite amount of lives. But I prefer that since some parts of the game are hard and it would be more frustrating if you had to start the level over every time. However what is great is there are checkpoints in every level so even if you have to stop playing and start up again later, you don't have to start at the very beginning.

The story is about a Panda who dreams of becoming as great in Kung-Fu as the "Furious Five" but is destined to become the Dragon Warrior. That is a big step up from his father, a chicken who sells noodle soup. This journey takes the panda who is named Po to prove he has what it takes to become the Dragon Warrior and to believe that he has what it takes to become the Dragon Warrior.

The graphics and sound in this game are great. You can hear everybody say things clearly and the same goes for the sound effects. There was no clipping nor was it hard to make out what anything was while playing the game.

The story is divided into 14 chapters which means 14 levels is what you have to complete. Beating the story once doesn't mean anything unless you unlocked everything. You unlock extra things by finding all the rare coins and completing objectives. So until you unlock everything, the game definitely has replayability because things you unlock include characters to use in multiplayer and different games you can play in multiplayer. There are also different types of multiplayer games which increases the value of replayability.

I give this game a 10 out of 10 because the story was explained well, the gameplay was fun and there were different enemies to keep everything in the game fresh. If you have a Xbox360, you should definitely check this game out because I really did not see anything wrong with it and I didn't even think the storyline was really that childish.
