"Fun for the first hour hour oh well got a cool Figurine"

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to my review on Afro samurai a game for the Xbox 360. When you first get this game you will be treated with a nice shiny cover and if you preordered it the nice action figure that came with it. You would think this game would be cool but ill explain in my review why this game really just doesn't make the cut.

GRAPHICS---10
The graphics of this game are really just amazing I mean look at Ninja Ninja's hair. The graphics look like a comic book which is stated on the back its truly amazing. The blood looks real to and the dynamic cut scenes just make this game look even better.

SOUND---9
The rapping by the Rza is just great and all the other music that the music team put together in Afro Samurai is nice even when your just walking around the level you really cant complain.

GAMEPLAY---6.7
The game play although very cool at first is repetitive and gets very boring. For most bosses all you have to do to win is parry repetivily and then attack when they let there guard down. The most enjoyment you will get from this game most likely will be killing grunts with a one shot focus kill so you can see the blow. It's quite disappointing.

REPLAY VALUE---2
Besides going through a second play through on a separate difficulty and getting achievements nothing new and just adds more repetitive game play to the game.

ACHIEVMENTS---8
The achievements on this game are cool especially the spill 2000 gallons of blood and you will get plenty of achievements in the first level I got 5 for 35 game score with one
Sword slash I thought that was just great.

OVERALL---6
When it comes down to it the music and the graphics just aren't enough to pull this game through all the reptiveness this game gives you and I was quite disappointed considering I love the animated series and the one volume manga. My final verdict will be if you have seen the animated series don't buy this game and if you haven't just rent it really I was quite disappointed. Also if you're just a huge fan of the series get this game. If your in to crude humor or having a bad day get this game the humor of it is pretty decent. Thanks for reading my review on Afro Samurai
