"Ignoring a few glitches, the game is amazing."

Sacred 2: Fallen Angel is an excellent choice for any fan of the hack n sash genre. It fuses classic RPG elements, like character customization with different type of armor, six different character classes, and building your character the way you want them to be with their stats, with dungeon crawling.

Some glitches affect the game play, but if you're smart about it, like not exiting the game while it's saving, they won't ruin it for you. A couple other problems are that the characters have predetermined genders, and the text is really hard to read unless you have an high definition television.

Game play: 10/10
Amazing. Purely amazing. There's a gigantic map to explore and tons of skills to learn. The game play absorbs you until you realize that you've been playing for eight hours straight. Being a fan of MMORPGs, I know that grinding can be boring, but Sacred 2 rewards grinding with large amounts of loot, and tons more enemies.

Story: 8/10
The story is average, but it compells you to keep going through it. The story will give you many hours of enjoyment. You may also choose between the Light and Dark storylines.

Graphics/Sound: 8/10
The graphics are pretty good. The trees and water look really cool. If you turn on gore, it will look sort of like an old Tekken game, with little flashes of red every hit. The walking and attacking animations are pretty good as well. As for sound, the developers got Blind Guardian to do the battle music. If you don't like heavy music, you might want to turn your television down.

Replay factor: 10/10
There are six unique classes to try out, and different difficulties you can unlock after you beat the game. Even after you beat the main story, you can still play as the character who completed it. The online play includes free world, which is like joining a 4 person party and grinding, or there's a player versus player mode, where you can kill the members of your party. The online play adds a lot to the replay factor. There are also many random quests scattered throughout the world of Ancaria.

Final Recommendation: 9/10. If you own a 360, and love hack n slash games, then this is the game you've been waiting for. This game has been executed perfectly, and no true fan of hack n slashes can resist. Pick it up as soon as possible, and you won't regret it.
