"Sacred 2, It's called Sacred for a reason."

Sacred 2: Fallen Angel is without a doubt one of the most enjoyable games that I have played in quite awhile. Sure, it does have some bugs here and there, but they're very minor, and are easily able to be overlooked by the amount of enjoyment that you will get out of this game. This is a hack and slash dungeon game that has made quite a leap from the PC to the Xbox, and it was pulled off very well. Great games in the passed that were hack and slash dungeon crawlers were Diablo 1 and 2, Baldurs Gate series, and if you liked those, you will certainly LOVE this game, and it will be just as addicting and entertaining as the predecessors before it, if not more.

Classes: There are six different classes to choose from, all of them have their own pool of skills that makes them unique and enjoyable. Each of the different classes have different play styles, and provide a good sense of diversity to the just as different play styles us gamers have. Also, to further customize your character from other players characters of the same class, there is a system in which you can modify your skills and abilities to maximize your potential, as well as set you apart from your buddy to really get more out of your class.

As far as gameplay is concerned, it is extremely smooth and graphically pleasing. There are bugs every now and then (which there is already a patch in microsoft's hands to fix them up), but as mentioned above they are really minor and easily overlooked by the sheer amount of fun that you'll be having. The camera angle might take some getting used to, but switch it from FOLLOWING to STATIC, and it will be easily manageable. It is a standard camera angle for dungeon crawlers, which is a bit different than what you might normally be used to.

The online experience is definitely where this game excels, especially if you do not have a couch buddy to play local co-op with, but, this game has done what should be done with any game of this genre, and that is enjoyable online play with others from across the world. You can have a party size of up to 4 (3 others including yourself), and the ability to play on different game modes, such as PVP-Free World, Free World, Campaign (online) / All difficulties, PVP, and so forth. Having a problem with a boss, or want to meet others and enjoy the game with them in a group? Go online, have a blast!

The sound can be a bit repetitive as far as combat music goes, but sure enough you'll find some catchy and relaxing tunes through exploring on the vast continent of ancaria, although, there is something that I, as well as other gamers agree heavily on to be quite amazing, and that is the side-quest Blind Guardian. After completing a few short quests in the quest chain, you unlock an IN-GAME full length concert song that accurately depicts them both visually and vocally.

Last quick notes, sure there is a few bugs that need to be tweaked, but the gameplay and fun factor that the game offers easily will suck you into the game and you'll be able to put many hours into the game and still be having a good time with it, unlike some other games of today, in which you play through it once, and then put it down. This is not one of those games, this is a game that you will get all of the mileage out of it that you could possibly dream of for your buck. It is heavily a good investment that pays for itself.

Go out, Get it, and ENJOY!
