    How to Use this Guide
    ---------------------
         This list is by no means intended to be a walkthrough.  Although
    the sequence of the tokens may give hints as to how to proceed through
    a level, I still expect you to explore and enjoy this great game.
    For that reason, the entries for token locations are occasionally
    vague.  I'm assuming you have some familiarity with the levels and may
    be searching for the last few tokens.
         So, please, if you can't find a specific token, don't go right
    off to mailing me a question.  But if you spend an hour and still
    can't find it, go ahead and tell me that I'm being too vague.  I hope
    to improve this guide with reader feedback.  So, thanks for reading
    and enjoy!
    
    
    Interesting Tidbits, Frustration Evasion, and the Really Bad Place
    ------------------------------------------------------------------
    
      * By current count, there seem to be 2010 tokens in the game.
    
      * A bug occurs if you are killed immediately after collecting a
          token.  The token is marked as collected, but since the
          counter is sometimes delayed before incremeting, you may
          not be credited with the token.  Thanks to Jinx32!
        (Someone questioned the validity of this theory as he was sure
          he collected all 100 tokens without dying but was credited
          with 99.  Any other ideas?)
    
      * Time Attacks are started with the stopwatch that appears at
          the beginning of most levels.  You must collect all 100 tokens
          before the stopwatch appears.
    
      * Some levels including the Undermill and VAB Building don't seem
          to have stopwatches.  My guess in the first case is because
          lacks a separate entrance and exit.  No ideas on the second.
    
      * There seems to be a bug in The Bad Place which causes the player
          to walk backwards off a cliff near the Door to Nowhere.  It
          doesn't always occur during normal play, but it seems to always
          occur during a Time Attack.
        Neal Buchwald reports this bug occurs once all 100 tokens have
          been collected.
    
      * While the above bug *can* be survived by strafing along the outer
          edge of the turn and facing outward, here's one that's worse.
          In Roofus's flashback and after destroying the first tank,
          I happened to fall where the first stick of dynamite should
          be planted.  Instead of merely passing by the point, the game
          planted the second stick of dynamite there!
        As a result, I can no longer get the final baby in The Bad Place!
          If this bug occurs, RESET YOUR DREAMCAST AND TRY AGAIN!  Do
          not exit to the hub, or else the state of the stage will be
          saved!
    
      * Did you pay for access to this file or does the author's name not

      * Neal Buchwald reports two more Bad Place Bugs...
          - In the hallway of doors, walking down the initial hallway will
              cause your character to walk backwards for awhile.
          - Also in the hallways, sometimes the character doors won't work
              properly, allowing repeated access to the first two or three.
              The only solution seems to be exiting to the hub and trying
              again.
    
      * And one more Bad Place Bug I forgot to list...  The polar bears
          in Roofus's flashback must have some extremely dark influence
          backing them.  Not only is there an infinite supply of them but
          they also can walk on water!  Try luring some bears into the
          sewer trench to see this dark miracle.
        Oddly enough, bears seem to have no problem swimming in the
          Jungle of Despair.  Bob Kooima points out that in God Machine
          Valley, the bears will swim if shot into the river.
    
      * Nadine Kubiny provides some insights and another Bad Place Bug:
          - It seems multiple versions of the game were shipped.  Some
              copies don't allow access to the Bad Place at all, while
              others have sound or graphical glitches.
          - In the Bad Place, avoid blasting skeleton's heads off with
              a shotgun.  Occasionally the head will just diappear
              leaving a nigh invunlnerable headless skeleton.
    
      * In regards to the multiple versions of the game, can anyone
          else confirm this proposal?  I've heard of complaints that
          the SS Meer list is incorrect, while others have said that
          it works.

      Oh, and since it's a common question, you're supposed to jump onto
      the grenade pipes of the first tank.  It looks far, but it is quite
      possible to make.  Try luring the polar bear on the roof into the
      starting room.  Be sure to keep him away from the windows, lest you
      suffer Bad Place Bug #5.
