    Here are the throw reversal percentage tables from the Gamest Act 2 with
    some slight edits by me.  I've also added the "after reversal"
    opportunities that Jirawat was kind enough to outline for us a few months
    ago. I don't completely agree with these, and would like to spur on some
    conversation about after throw reversal possibilities...  For instance,
    I've gotten the impression that there is a 50/50 throw opportunity after
    Jeff's b,f+P+G,f+P+G,f+P+G is reversed too. If you've noticed any other
    discrepancies, please let us know about them.
