"Worst Dreamcast game ever? No, worst game EVER."

I saw this game on the shelf in Electronics Boutique and thought ''Holy crap! A game where you get to race old cars and its only 15 dollars! I HAVE to get this!'' I really, really should have thought that over.....

Graphics: Terrible just plain terrible. The freakin' cars pretty much look like cardboard cut outs! The back grounds don't get any better. The Dreamcast can do better then this.

Control: Controlling the cars is like trying to control an elephant; impossible. You'd think a car that weights less than 1000 pounds and can't do over 150 mph would control really nicely. Seriously though, the control sucks. Just like the rest of this game.

Audio: Music? What music? You can't even tell if theres music in this game, because the stupid cars are too noisy. You have your basic tire screeching sounds and engine sounds but thats it. Terrible.

Gameplay: NO gameplay whatsoever. You control a cardboard cutout across the screen, and through really (and I mean really) long races. The physics are also horrible. When you drive the cardboard car into the wall it acts just like what it looks like. No flying parts or awesome explosions. Just a piece of cardboard flying all over screen. This is by far the worst part of this stupid game.

Fun Factor: If your into loud engines, bad graphics, and cardboard on wheels, this is your game. But if your a normal person, you will hate this game. It makes me sick thinking about it....*shivers*
Oh yeah, did I mention the INSANELY INHUMAN 5 MINUTE LOADING TIMES!? You can go cook a pizza while this piece of craps loading.

I've been going on about how bad this game on so long I've forgotten the cars! To bad they look like crap....

Heres the car list:

Alfa Romeo P3

Alfa Romeo Bimotore

Alfa Romeo 12C

Auto Union Type C

Auto Union Type D

Bugatti 35B and Bugatti 59

Duesenberg

ERA Remus

Mercedes Benz 125 and Mercedes Benz 154

Miller

Napier-Railton

As you can see, theres no shortage of cars, but that doesn't matter. This game still sucks. Anyway.....

Pros/Cons:

Pros:

The disc is a good frisbee.

Cons:

The cars and backgrounds both look terrible.

The control is sluggish.

Not a very been variety of sounds.

Bor-ing!

Rent/Buy: PLEASE, DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! No matter how much you see this game for don't by it! You should run to your nearest store, kick the glass in that contains Spirit of Speed: 1937, and proceed to smash and destroy all the copies you can before the employees drag you away.

Final Score: 1/10
