While I have attempted to minimize them as much as possible, this guide contains
potential spoilers. Read at your own risk!
While going on the route through the game that requires FATE-4 with
each character, I decided I’d write up an ENGLISH guide to help everyone, 
so they don’t need to suffer through the atrocities of Google Translate.
There will be some errors here and there;

This guide only contains directions for the Coexistence ending. 
There are still four other paths to beat this game!
From what I have gathered, this ending is the true ending, 
but I’m playing through it as I write this guide, so it’s just as much
of a mystery to me!

[FATE] - Benefits of the FATE System

As you increase each character’s Fate level, you unlock unique abilities,
ranging from innate resistances to ultra-powerful demons.
Here’s what you unlock at each level:


Fate-1: An innate resistance to at least one element.
   * Io: Elec Resist
   * Daichi: Fire Resist
   * Joe: Force Resist
   * Makoto: Ice Resist
   * Hinako: Ice Resist
   * Keita: Fire Resist
   * Airi: Elec/Force Resist
   * Jungo: Force Resist
   * Fumi: Ice Resist
   * Ronaldo: Fire Resist
   * Yamato: Phys Resist
   * Otome: Curse/Elec Resist
   * Anguished One: Fire/Elec Resist, Curse Null


Fate-2: Joint Skill-Crack -- 
Allows you and the character to share a crack.
If either of you kill each other’s designated demon, the skill is still 
cracked.


Fate-3: Unlocks a unique demon. It seems to correspond with the 
Chinese Zodiac.

   * Daichi: Hanuman
   * Joe: Kamapua’a
   * Makoto: Jeanne D’Arc
   * Hinako: Peri
   * Keita: Berserker
   * Airi: Cai-Zhi
   * Jungo: Arahabaki

   * Yamato: Mithra
   * Otome: Hariti
   * Anguished One: Asura


Fate-4: You gain the ability to instantly transfer a demon between the 
main character and anyone who has this ability. 
Note that it doesn’t swap the demon; 
the one you “overwrite” is un-summoned.


Fate-5: Unlocks a high-level unique demon.
Once again, it seems to correspond with the Chinese Zodiac, slightly.
