"A great game...little improvements."
This is one of the best games that has hit the adventure world but it has one major flaw...nothing new.
I personally thought the graphics could hae been slightly better. They do what they need to do because graphics do not make a game but they could have been improved. The cinema scenes look okay, but gameplay can get a little hard to see. On such a small screen, clarity is needed and sometimes it can be a little hard to see due to lack of improved graphics.
The thing I loved most about this game; both on the DS and the console systems. is the gameplay. It is such an engaging game because it so many things force you to keep coming back to it. The levels are packed with lums and cages. Then there are the bonus levels. You're almost never done with the game.
The sound is excellent. It's funny they don't say what the captions say, but at least the player knows what it sounds like. It's clear and everything matches perfectly with the game. Nothing gets annoying.
The only thing I hate about this game. For the DS, the controls are hard to use at first. It has a slight wait when you want to move--even when you use the "analog stick" on the bottom screen. Once you actually get used to it, though, you learn to play the game and since the game is fun you almost forget.
Replay value: 10/10
Tons of replay value. The game has so many collectibles that it makes you come back. Plus, not all the lums are hard to get. Most of them you can find just by going through the level. Which leaves the player wanting to go back again cause some are easy, some are hard.
This game, with only minor flaws, is addicting and a great but for anyone. Plus, if you've never played it, you can take it on the go now. This one of the greatest adventure games ever released and it remains true to the excitability it brought before.
