Question from nintindogger256
Why won't my ds charge?
Basically, when I plug in my DS to charge, one day it decided it didn't want to. When I try there's no sign of the light that means it's charging, and I'm sure the outlet and charger itself are fine. The most likely reason is that I still have the first DS, as in from way back when it first came out. I'm frankly impressed it's lasted this long with how much I use it. As such I suspect this is just the battery giving out. Anyone know if I can get it fixed or if I should just move on to a newer version of the DS?
You could try ordering a replacement battery from Nintendo's online store (make sure it's for the correct model). Don't get a newer DS. Just get a 3DS when you can.
