    2.0-Gotz, Legendary Woodworker=+
    --------------------------------

Gotz works in Mineral town, unfortunately, you're never allowed to
leave Forget-Me-Not. So the only way to contact Gotz is to call him on your
    phone.

He's the guy that'll build everything. So it's good to keep in touch. He sells
Lumber, Stone, Golden lumber, and builds your Barns, Houses, and Sheds.

    <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>
    ---------------------------
    3.0-Construction material=+
    ---------------------------

There are 4 Different types of material:

Fodder < Lumber (wood) < Stone < Golden Lumber

    -3.1- Fodder

The cheapest and weakest material, it can collapse, in rain, snow,
or even in sunny days!! To obtain Fodder, you can buy it from Rick,
who works in the Yodel Farm for 20G per piece, or Grow your own by
buying grass seeds in the Supermarket (they grow in any season
EXCEPT winter), they re grow once you cut it with your Sickle. To store
your Fodder, you need a Silo.

    -3.2- Lumber

An "ok" material, although I really don't trust it to hold up
during a storm or blizzard. To collect Lumber, go through the town
or through your fields and look for branches on the floor, get your
Axe and chop those branches. You can Also buy lumber from Gotz for 50G,
although, I don't recommend it. Like Stone, new lumber appears every day.

    -3.3- Stone

In my opinion, this is the best material. Not only is it Affordable,
it's also VERY reliable. They can endure rain, sun, snow! They have
a very slim chance of being destroyed during a storm. It hasn't happened
to me...yet. This can be found the same way as Lumber. Just walk around, the
town, and look for little round rocks, get your hammer, and smash 'em. New
rocks appear every day, so be on the look-out!

    -3.4- Golden Lumber

Impossible to destroy by weather. the ONLY 2 ways for getting this are,
to buy it from Gotz...for 100,000 G a piece, or by the winter request event,
Thomas will ask you for any random item, if you
give it to him; you will get a piece of golden lumber.

It is HIGHLY recommended to use stone when building anything...ANYTHING.

    ----------------------------------------
    4.0-Lumber, Stone, and G. Lumber Sheds=+
    ----------------------------------------

These are real handy if you don't want to keep your Material in your
Rucksack. They take up only about... a 3x5 space in your farm,
but they're worth it. But the really cool part's that as soon as
you break your stone, or chop up your lumber, it automatically gets
placed into its proper shed, saving you some space in your Rucksack.

Below are the prices for every shed.

    ---------------------------------------------------------

    -4.3- SILO

A silo is used to store Fodder, Food for your livestock. It is something
worth buying because, your animals can't be outside if it's raining, winter
Or if your grass hasn't grown yet. Instead of having to waste that space in your
Rucksack, you can just store it in your SILO.

The SILO prices are listed below.

    5.0- Barns =+
    -------------

BARNS, with out them, you will never be a successful farmer...well kind of...
anyways, Farms let you keep Cows, Sheep, Chickens, and Ducks. Each
barn can hold up to 4 animals. They can be mixed, as long as you have 4
animals. Cows and Sheep can live together in an Animal Barn, and Chickens and
ducks can share the Bird Barn; Unfortunately, you can only raise Ducks once
you have had Gotz build you a pond first, but more on that later.

    -5.1- Bird Barn---Material Needed: 420 pieces
    ---------------------------------------------------------
                     | \/ \/ \/ \/ \/PRICES\/ \/ \/ \/ \/ |
    ---------------------------------------------------------

    ---------------------------------------------------------
    Supply your own | 500 | 5,000 | 10,000 | 100,000 |
    ---------------------------------------------------------
      Material Used | Fodder | Lumber | Stone | G. Lumber |
    ---------------------------------------------------------

    -----==Helpful Hints==-----
                 for Raising Chickens

I recommend that you get a Bird Barn first, start out with one
chicken and make it happy, It'll grow an egg. Put it in the incub-
ator, in 3 days, the egg will hatch into a chick!! Then the chick
will grow into a chicken!! The more you care for them, the better
quality eggs they grow, and the more they’re worth.

    -5.2- Livestock Barn---Material Needed: 500 pieces
    ---------------------------------------------------------
                     | \/ \/ \/ \/ \/PRICES\/ \/ \/ \/ \/ |
    ---------------------------------------------------------
    Buy the Material | 10,680 | 31,800 |101,300 | 50,130,000|
    ---------------------------------------------------------
    Supply your own | 680 | 6,800 | 13,000 | 130,000 |
    ---------------------------------------------------------
      Material Used | Fodder | Lumber | Stone | G. Lumber |
    ---------------------------------------------------------

Livestock are very good for making money daily. You can milk an adult cow
1 time every day as long as it's in a good mood, And you can cut the sheep's
hair 1 time every 8 days.

    -----==Helpful Hints==-----
                for Animal Barns

I recommend that you Build a Fence (section 7.1) around your Barn, and that you
plant Grass, which can be bought in the supermarket at 500 G per bag, you let
the grass mature until it's ready to be cut off, then you let your livestock
outside. it will eat on its own. Any animals shouldn't be left out in the rain,
so make a fence, around your barn so you can always bring your animals indoors
    in a hurry.

    -----------
    6.0-Sheds=+
    -----------

Sheds will be very useful in your ranch. There are 2 sheds that you can ask
    Gotz to build for you:

        -Mushroom Shed
        -Maker Shed

The mushroom shed lets you grow...mushrooms. Like the ones that you find During
Autumn. Except they can get bigger.

The Maker shed lets you store machines that let you do all sorts of cool things,
but before we go on talking about makers, you need to know:
YOU MUST HAVE THE THIRD MINE UNLOCKED!!!!! Why do you need the third mine
unlocked? Because in order to make a maker you need 20,000 G and Adamantite
Ore which is ONLY found in the third mine.

    -6.1- Mushroom shed

In this cozy, little shed, you will be able to grow many different types of
mushrooms. But before you will need to hire Gotz, and ask him to build you a
Mushroom shed, but you can only have 1 mushroom shed in your farm, so pick the
location Wisely!! Mushroom sheds don't look like much from the outside, but
when you go inside you'll find 6 Pallets. On each pallet you can place a piece
of lumber. You can buy Shiitake seeds from Vesta for 3,000 G each (they re-grow)
or you can make your own seeds once you have a Maker Shed and a Seed Maker.
Mushrooms take a VERY long time to grow, so be patient, but the good part is
that they won't stop growing, as long as you don't stop watering them. Once you
Harvest them they go back to an earlier stage, then in about 3-6 days they can
be harvested again. But instead of harvesting right away, keep watering them
    and they'll get bigger!

Below are the prices for a mushroom shed

                  Mushroom shed---Material Needed: 300 pieces

    ---------------------------------------------------------
      Material Used | Fodder | Lumber | Stone | G. Lumber |
    ---------------------------------------------------------

    -6.2- Maker Shed

Once you get this shed, the money will be POURING in....they is...unless you
haven't unlocked the third mine. In order to make a Maker, you need 20,000 G
and 1 Amadantite Ore, which can only be found at the third mine.

Here are the prices for the Maker Shed

                    Maker Shed---Material Needed: 360 pieces

    ----==Helpful Hints==-----
                For Makers

I think that the first maker to build should be the Cannery maker, it Increases
the value of any shippable item you put in it by 50% so in total, you wouldn't
get 100%, but 150%!! TALK ABOUT MONEY!!! Try to build this during the winter
so it'll be ready for use during the spring. Here's a brief description of the
makers and what they can do.

    -6.21- Maker Shed
           ---Mayonnaise Maker
You can make your own Mayonnaise once you have bought the kitchen from the
TV Shopping channel. To unlock the TV shopping channel, you need to buy
something from the supermarket everyday for 10 days straight. Days-off and
Special Holidays don't count. To make Mayonnaise, take eggs and drop them
into the Mayonnaise maker. Mayonnaise is used for Cooking.

    -6.22- Maker Shed
           ---Cheese Maker
Cheese is made by dropping milk, into the maker, the bigger the bottle
of milk, the bigger the cheese. Cheese is used for Cooking.

    -6.23- Maker Shed
           ---Yogurt maker
The yogurt maker uses milk to make yogurt. It doesn't sell as much as Cheese,
and Can't be used for cooking. Not many people in forget-Me-Not like Yogurt,
So it might be better just to stick with Cheese.

    -6.24- Maker Shed
           ---Yarn Maker
Once you get your wool from sheep, you can make it into yarn. Yarn is used to
make a stocking for gifts from Thomas, or you can simply give it to your
    neighbors.

    -6.25- Maker shed
           ---Seed Maker
This is the most important maker you'll own. If you want to Level up your crops
you will need to use this maker. To make seeds, you get a fruit/vegetable. You
toss it in, and out comes a bag of seeds. 1 fruit/vegetable will give you
9 Fruits/vegetable (one bag of seeds)

    -6.26- Maker shed
           ---Cannery Maker
As stated above, the cannery maker will increase profits by 50%. Just toss in
whatever you're shipping, and after a few seconds, it'll be canned and in your
    shipping bin. Easy!!

    -----------
    7.0 Other=+
    -----------
Here are some other bits and pieces that may come in handy. I will not go too
    deep into these subject.

    -7.1- Making Fences
Making fences is VERY easy just chop up some lumber/hammer some stone, and drop
it where you want to make a fence! Lumber sometimes breaks off, but it can be
fixed. If your lumber fences ever get damaged, just smash it/chop it and place
new lumber to take the old lumber's place.

    -7.2- House Expansions
I'm not going to explain a lot, because there is already a building FAQ,
But here are some if the Basics you need to know. To upgrade your house for the
first time, you need to buy a table. It can be bought from the TV shopping
channel on the TV menu. Once the table gets delivered, Gotz will Add
"House Upgrade" to the list of things he can do. Your house can be upgraded
when ever you want after that.

    -7.3- Ponds
Ponds are essential if you want to raise Ducks. Ponds can also store the Fish
