  1. Pickup is an ability some Pokemon have that has a 10% chance of holding an Item after a battle. The Pokemon with Pickup doesn't have to engage battle, and It still works if it's fainted. The Items you get depends on your level. The higher you level, the better Items you can get. The Pokemon that can have Pickup are: Aipom, Ambipom, Linoone, Meowth,Muchlax, Pachirisu, Phanphy, Teddiursa, and Zigzagoon.
The Items it can pick up are:

    Levels 1-10:
Potion, Antidote, Super Potion, Great Ball, Repel, Escape Rope, Full Heal, Hyper Potion, Ultra Ball, Hyper Potion, Nugget

    Levels 11-20:

  1. I'm not sure about the fainted part but the higher its level, the easier to get more rare items. Just have with you and it finds items occasionally.

  2. Oh, thats one of my favorite abilities and I will be glad to answer:

A Pokemon with the Pick Up ability picks items after a battle, no matter if the Pokemon wasnt in the fight. The higher the Pokemon level is, the rarer the items. You cant pick items in wireless battles. And yes, the Pokemon can Pick Up things if its FAINTED.
If you dont believe me, I have a Lv. 100 Pachirisu that picks up Dawn Stones, Rare Candies and stuff like that.
