Do I need to restart and CLIMB all 13 stories of Pork City AGAIN after I defeat the boss if I want to defeat him again?

So far I have climbed it once, what a pain it was, but I defeated Panthera Cantus on easy, now I just need to do it on the other 3 difficulties...but I can't find him on the roof no more! Does that mean I have to restart Another Day and climb all 13 floors again? If so any tips to do it faster?

Not really. Just talk to the guy on the first floor, and you'll teleport to the last floor. then you talk to the reaper THERE and then you get to go to the roof.

No it's just what Bnkai said, but you do have to restart the chapter. You can refight him over and over, but if you advance in the another day story too much you will not be able to get inside Pork City.
