How do you fill the inn rooms with full satisfaction?

I've solved all 120 puzzles in the game and collected 30 pieces of furniture. But they still aren't fully happy.

I suggest this:

Move everything to one side(Whether it be Layton or Luke). I think There should be some furniture left over, so just ignore that for now. Then, one by one, take one furniture and place it in the opposite room, then place it back to the original room which you moved it to.

Compare what they say. If it seems that either Layton or Luke is more happy, then move it to their rooms. Without touching the game, I can remember that Global items(Like the map and the globe), the teddy bear, the TV, and the Cream Rug(Or was it bed..?), belong in Luke's room for a fact. The Pronograph, Library, books, lamp, artifact(Either it was a statue or a bust) and the opposite bed belong to Layton. And I believe that the fossil goes to Luke as well, but try them to both.

When you moved around some items, start putting the items that were left over in the second room to the first.

This was how I figured out how which item goes to which room when I messed up the order of the items. It also helps when collecting the furniture to send it directly to Layton's room and moving it around to see who says what.
