## Question from nornor2

### How do I solve puzzle number 6?I can't figure out about the weights.

I have tried different combinations and can't seem to solve it. Also, when do I use the submit at the bottom if I touch the orange square in the middle of the scale. Can anyone out there help me.

Just start with any three weights on each side, which will quickly tell you which of three small piles the lightest weight is in

From here, it should be simple enough

You can find detailed step by step instructions here if you need it

The submit box has an outline of a weight in it, so once you find the lightest weight, drag this weight to this outline (it will snap into place) before tapping submit

First weigh 2 groups of three. If they were balanced, weigh the remaining two against each other. If not, take the lighter group and weigh 2 of the 3 against each other. If equal weigh, take the third one, choose the lighter one.

Look. Weigh 3 on each side. If they are even, weigh the other two, and the lighter one is your answer. If they are uneven, however, you still need to move more. Take 2 of the the 3 weights on the lighter side of the scale and weigh one on each side. You should put the remaining weight to the side. If it is even, the weight that you took out is the answer. If uneven, the lighter one is your answer.
