You may want to consider switching someone to paladin and getting the class skills, as the added defense will be extremely helpful, as well as forbearance. There's no trick to beating Corvus, just tension for extra damage and ueber falcon blade's falcon slash on high damage characters. Keep your party healed and buffed as best as you can. If you still can't manage, level up other jobs and put the skill points in good support trees, such as paladin, martial artist, thief, and armamentalist. Once you've put the points into armamentalist, you can also use Corvus's corresponding fource weakness (sorry, I don't know it), which will cause extra damage. Good luck!

You will probably want to trian until everyone is atleast lvl45. Thats when i beat him and here is a video for an easy way to train:www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5HvPRslr80

Simply grind a couple of level. I beated Corvus 2nd with characters at level 41-42. Keep agility high with accelerate spell and boost attack for your warrior. Use multiheal with the priest and defend if someone of your characters are low with HP. Your thief should act first of Corvus, so keep some strong healing items ready to use. This basic tactic pays, I swear it.

Your line up is good just try training to level 45. (all your team). Then just have your priest heal your self using multiheal.

there's no need to train to 45
my party was
2 gladiators @level 39
priest @level 40
paladin @level 36

also, paladin helps alot since Corvus only dealt 1 damage when he used normal attack to my paladin ;)
if you want to try your luck, use kabuff and magic barrier, when I battled him,Corvus didn't use a single Magic Burst and he really rarely used disruptive wave

What swords will help, huh. Well, try Erdick's Sword, the Miracle Blade (Uber it), the Falcon Blade (Uber this one too) - these three swords have very useful abilities (high attack power, lifesteal, and double-attacks respectively).

By the time I fought Corvus, I had Multiheal, which mitigated the worst of his multi-hitting attacks, so I highly reccomend this spell.

Now, what you want to do is give your warrior the falcon sword and your minstral the Edrick's sword, assuming you actually have them. I didn't at that point in the game. The only other thing i recomend is having your priest at lvl 40. at that point it will learn multiheal and is invaluable. also, it dosen't hurt to carry some Tree leaf thingys that revive a dead party member. then give them to the person less likly to die, probably your warrior.

You mostly need to level your team up.

The first time I challenged Corvus (his 2nd form) my party consisted of:
lv. 47 Minstrel (with Inferno Blade) - the hero
lv. 48/9 Martial Artist (with Slumber Stick)
lv. 47/8 Priest (with Slumber Stick)
lv. 46 Mage (with Magical Mace)

After several rounds of my entire team almost getting wiped by Corvus, I revocated my hero and Mage (both are now Armamentalists). At the moment my party is as follows (their equipment sets are shown in brackets):
lv. 33 Armamentalist (Erdrick's Blade, Dark Shield, Spellward Circlet, Mirror Armour, Light Gauntlets, Dragon Warrior Trousers, Dragon Warrior Boots, Ruby of Protection)
lv. 52 Martial Artist (Slumber Stick, [no shield], Mercury's Bandana, Dragon Top, Bruiser's bracers, Dragon Trousers, Kung Fu shoes, Utility belt)
lv. 51 Priest (Slumber Stick, Dark Shield, Thinking Cap, Enchanted Armour, Ultramarine mittens, Iron kneecaps, Iron sabatons, Gold rosary)
lv. 33 Armamentalist (Inferno blade, White knight's shield, Thinking cap, Mirror Armour, Battler's bracers, Transparent tights, Steel sabatons, Tough guy tattoo)

Any thoughts please?
